The Club for Women Fitness and Day Spa provides the following services to its members...
A full team of experienced and knowledgeable personal trainers are available at the Club. Workouts with a trainer can be suited to fit your schedule and your budget. You can book a session either individually or with a group in half-hour increments.
Kelly Vaksengisser and the Enchantment Room provide many facial and skin treatments including IMAGE Signature Facials, Chemical Peels and Microderm-abrasion. Waxing treatments are also available.

We want busy moms to have time to take care of themselves! The Childcare room at the Club is open 7am - 1pm and 3pm - 7:30pm Mon - Thur, 7am - 1pm Fri and 8am - 12noon Saturday. Unlimited childcare packages are available, or you can simply pay per hour.
Synergy ia a powerful solution for reducing the appearance of cellulite, utilizing a vacuum massage technology that smooths and tightens the skin and improves circulation. Average loss in over 10 inches achieved in 8 weeks with just 2 treatments per week! Many packages available.
